At SINGULAR CASES, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your purchase isn’t the right fit or the color isn’t what you expected, we’re here to help.
1) How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at support@singularcases.com.
Please include your full name and order number in your message. Our team will provide return instructions.
Once your return arrives at our facility and is inspected, approved refunds are typically issued within 5 business days.
Important: Shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
2) Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth process, please review the guidelines below:
- Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
- Please include your order number inside the return package (e.g., on a return note).
- We do not provide prepaid return labels for returns or exchanges.
- Returns are accepted only when requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Holiday exception (optional): Purchases made between November 15 and December 24 may be returned until January 14, provided all other return requirements are met.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items arrive at our return address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. If a return does not arrive, no refund or replacement can be issued.
- If only part of an order is returned, applied promotions may no longer qualify and the refunded amount may be adjusted accordingly.
3) Damaged or Defective Items
If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@singularcases.com within 3 business days of delivery, and include photos so we can assist you.
4) Duties, Taxes & Import Fees for Returns
If applicable, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and import fees related to sending a return to us. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not covered by SINGULAR CASES. Any such charges withheld or charged by customs or carriers are non-refundable.
