1) Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, seasonal promotions, or high-demand launches, processing times may take slightly longer.
Note: Processing time refers to order preparation and fulfillment and is separate from carrier transit time.
2) Shipping Methods
We offer standard and, where available, express shipping options depending on your location and product availability. All available shipping methods and estimated costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3) Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package size, weight, and the shipping method selected.
4) Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather conditions, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
5) Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created, depending on the carrier.
6) Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at support@singularcases.com.
We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or handed to the carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
