Minor variations in texture, appearance, and finish of Alcantara® or carbon fiber materials are normal and not considered defects.

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We may attempt to notify you via the email or billing details provided at checkout.

We may provide access to third-party tools provided “as is” and without warranties. Your use of these tools is at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
SECTION 19 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION
Any disputes relating to these Terms, your purchase, or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
SECTION 20 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
By purchasing from Singular Cases, you agree to our Refund Policy:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery by emailing singular@singularcases.com.

Orders placed between 15 November and 24 December may be returned until 14 January.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

The order number must be included inside the return package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the return arrives at our facility. Lost returns cannot be refunded.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Shipping fees and return costs are non-refundable.

When only part of an order is returned, applied promotions may be recalculated.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection.
Defective or damaged items: Customers must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
Duties, taxes, and import fees: Customers are responsible for all fees charged by customs during a return. These fees are non-refundable.
SECTION 21 – SHIPPING POLICY & RISK OF LOSS
Processing times are separate from carrier shipping times.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.
We are not responsible for:

stolen or lost packages

customs delays or seizures

carrier errors

abandoned or refused packages
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. These fees are non-refundable.
Packages refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties are not eligible for refunds.
SECTION 22 – WARRANTY & LIMITATIONS
We provide no warranty beyond defects reported within the stated timeframe.
The following are not considered defects:

discoloration from oils, moisture, or UV exposure

cosmetic or texture variations due to handcrafted materials
We do not guarantee device protection against drops or accidental damage.
SECTION 23 – DEVICE DAMAGE DISCLAIMER
Singular Cases is not responsible for any damage to devices while using our products.
This includes:

screen cracks

structural damage
-
camera damage
-
electronic malfunction or data loss
This disclaimer applies to all Singular Cases products.
SECTION 24 – GDPR & CCPA RIGHTS
Customers in the EU, EEA, UK, and California have the right to access, modify, or delete personal data and may request a copy of their data by contacting singular@singularcases.com.
SECTION 25 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of changes.
